Maximize the social and economic cohesion between the border area by encouraging contacts and co-operations at various levels and to exploit and manage the border area’s territory in a co-coordinates and integrated way between the two sides of the border, thus creating the basis for a sustainable cultural tourism development by create prerequisite for its future development within the cross-border region through building capacity in the sphere of strategic planning.
